After church on Sunday, September 13, a special reception was held to recognize and honor the Rev. Arthur "Dutch" Savage for over twenty years of ministerial service to Good Shepherd. Dr. Savage was presented with a scrapbook of cards and letters from current and former parishioners. (But since then we keep "getting him out of mothballs" as Dutch put it, and he is hardly retired.)
